Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your address details are accurate before placing the order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos of the product and package.
For lost shipments, our team will coordinate with the courier partner and update you.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
